We have not been happy with the service from R&W Mount Annan at all, signed the papers & waiting for responses or calls for a while with no direction of what to do or how to go about things, luckily my solicitor was fantastic & informed me of what to do & direct us on how to go about certain issues. I had received a sms from the real estate & responded within minutes.. i did not receive ANY reply whatsoever.. the previous owner had been waiting for them to pick something up for us for over a week as advised by my solicitor. It has been 3 weeks now & still nothing! we had to threaten to go to department of fair trading before anything was actually done...
